CLICK & COLLECT

Click and Collect is now available at selected City Beach stores.

How it works:

1. Search for your favourite products and check for their availability in your nearest store.
2. Add these products to your cart, go to the checkout, select click and collect, confirm your store and complete the order.
3. Once your order has been processed by our team you will receive a collection notification so that you can go in-store to pick up your purchase. You will need to head in-store with photo ID and either the collection reference code from the SMS or barcode from your Ready for Collection email.

Please note, our stores can only hold orders for 10 days. After this, a refund will be processed for the order into your original payment method.

Is Click & Collect a free service?
Yes Click & Collect is free for all orders. We do however charge delivery for Click and Ship orders.

How long will it take for my order to be available?
We aim to have all Click and Collect orders ready in 3 hours or less. This can vary during sales events and public holidays.

Is Click & Collect available at all stores?
No, Unfortunately Click and collect is currently only available at select City Beach stores.

Which stores have Click & Collect available?
Click & collect is available at, Logan, Springfield (Orion), Wollongong, Carindale, Joondalup, Erina Fair, Rouse Hill, Cockburn, Mandurah, Midland Gate, Canelands, Toowoomba, Lismore, Belconnen, Queen Street Mall, Surfers Paradise, North Lakes, Narellan, Darwin, Chermside, Maroochydore (Sunshine Plaza), Murray Street, Miranda, Pacific Fair, Garden City, Macquarie, Coomera, Mt Druitt, Carousel, Ocean Keys and Charlestown.

Are all products available for Click & Collect?
No, each store has slightly different availability, you can view if a product is available in store on the product page.

What is the difference between Click & Collect and Click & Ship?
Click & Collect is a free service provided to customers by our physical stores. Product is picked using stock currently available instore, which is then able to be collected with in a certain time frame.
Click & Ship is a safe, alternate delivery option. It allows you to shop online and have your order delivered to your desired store for pick up. Please note, general shipping charges apply.

If Click & Collect is not available at your selected store, then Click and Ship is available. We will ship your order from our Online Warehouse to your chosen store for collection. Our general shipping charges and timeframes do apply for in-store pickups as it is an alternative shipping method.

Once your order has been placed, we will endeavor to process and ship your order within 24 hours. This does not include weekends or public holidays. During busy promotional or holiday periods, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be shipped.
