*Christmas Delivery Dates*

At City Beach, our Distribution Centre is currently operating 6 days a week to ensure timely deliveries for all orders. Leading up to Christmas, we recommend ordering gifts as early as possible - below are the recommended cut-off dates. Note that City Beach endeavours to process all orders within the next business day, however please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. These dates are a guideline only, unfortunately once your order is with our delivery partner (DHL) we can't guarantee its delivery date.

  • USA, Canada, UK, Europe - Order by 13th of November.
  • Most of Asia - Order by 20th of November.
  • New Zealand - Order by 24th of November.

General Information

As our customer, you must ensure that the correct delivery address is entered at checkout, as parcels that are returned to City Beach as undeliverable may incur a re-dispatch fee and will be sent back out as regular mail. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.

Please note that City Beach is not responsible for any loss or theft occurring during delivery.

International Shipping Charges & Delivery Times

Current flat rates for US shipping are $15USD or FREE SHIPPING when you spend-over $150USD. All shipping charges for other countries are determined in the checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on the country you are purchasing from and the shipping options that are available to you. All parcels are shipped via DHL or DHL Global Mail and where applicable, you will have the option to select either Regular or Express shipping.

Duties and Taxes

In general, duties and taxes are determined based on the type of product being shipped, its value, country of manufacture, and ultimate country of destination. You will be able to view an estimate of applicable duty and tax/VAT for your order within the checkout.

Additional Costs Upon Delivery

At checkout, you will be shown the duties and taxes applicable to your order and the order total presented at checkout is the exact amount you’ll be billed - there will be no additional costs due upon delivery. If you have received a bill for additional charges, please email us at customerservice@citybeach.com.au with a copy of your order receipt. We will investigate the issue and respond to you as soon as possible.

Bulky Shipping Charges

Please note; Bulky and flammable items are excluded from any international purchase.

Damaged Deliveries

Subject to City Beach's return policy, City Beach will take all reasonable care to appropriately pack all orders, but will not be liable or responsible for any damaged goods or missing orders lost in transit.
