City Beach is a family-owned Australian business and we are committed to the health and wellness of our community, our team and our customers.
These are challenging times we find ourselves in. Helping to reduce the spread of Covid-19 is everyone’s responsibility. To allow us to continue serving you in the best way possible, the following measures are in place:
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Both City Beach and Australia Post have implemented additional safety measures to ensure the wellbeing of our community.
Some City Beach stores, in affected areas, may be closed. However, we are open in all other areas.
If you are unsure, then please locate your local store here and contact them for opening hours.
To reduce the spread of COVID 19, our payment methods have been revised. We now accept all payment methods including the following: cash, card, Zip Pay, and AfterPay. Please note that our cash handling etiquette has been updated to reflect the latest health and safety measures in place.
For the well-being of our staff and customers, we are doubling down on disinfectant cleaning across our stores, head office, and distribution centre.
We are no exception to the rules. Please respect the 1.5m social distancing rule in-store.
When it comes to masks and for the safety of our staff and customers; we are adhering to the local government regulations so please respect any rules that have been mandated.
We have free shipping on online orders over $75.
'No contact' delivery on online orders.
